Process Safety Management (PSM) Audits
GC Phillips Consulting Ltd can provide expertise in auditing PSM Systems
to identify gaps in existing programs. If requested, we can provide
guidance in developing management system standards and audit protocols,
and address the program gaps by enhancing management system elements or
identifying Loss Prevention initiatives. In all cases, the action will
be commensurate with the risk. We can also assist with Compliance Audits
and completion of the PSM Hazardous Installation Self Assessment Tool
(HISAT).
Risk Assessments
GC Phillips Consulting Ltd can conduct risk assessments at any stage of
a project or operation using a variety of techniques. We will assist in
developing the tools and expertise within a company to allow decisions
to be made on an ongoing basis by the company employees.
Security Vulnerability Assessments (SVA)
GC Phillips Consulting Ltd has experience in conducting SVAs at chemical
facilities in North America and Europe, using the methodology developed
by the Center for Chemical Process Safety.
Incident Investigations and Reports
GC Phillips Consulting Ltd has experience in conducting Incident Investigations at chemical
facilities in North America using Kepner-Tregoe, Fault Tree Analysis and the Five-Whys methodologies. We also have experience in reviewing incidents that have previously been
investigated to assess the validity of the causes identified.
